Women's Cyclo-Cross Training Group 2014
Let's get dirty!! Cyclo-Cross is a fast-growing sport for women who love to have fun.
Cyclo-cross training season begins September 1st.
Program will include:
• A training plan written each week with prescribed workout for each day. Plan will include core/strength, biking or running workouts.
• One coached workout each week. Sessions will be held Monday at 5:15 pm outside until weather or daylight forces us inside. At that time, we'll switch to Computrainer classes at our training partner, Powered by Bowen.
Sessions will include skills and interval workouts.

Dates: Monday August 11th through October 26th
Cost: Early registration: $99.00 by Aug. 12th (core/strength classes available for additional cost)
